Poor Travel Agent
Had a trip to Australia. The agent was pathetic, constantly contacting us for documents instead of asking for everything at once. Calls multiple times for the same papers even after it had been issued. our visas were delayed, we then had to call our own personal contacts to sort this out which was extremely stressful!! We then had to pay for a change in flights due to a 3 day delayed visa.
