Poor servive

I have had a very frustrating and terrible experience with travelstart. I booked return tickets to istanbul from Cape town. I then wanted to change the return date and I spoke to atleast 3 agents, aviwe, Louise. These people told me they were waiting feedback from turkish airlines. I then had to leave and I couldn't call from turkey. For a whole week my issue has not been solved. This is very very poor. I would not recommend travelstart at all.
