**** poor service. Waiting almost 2 years for my refund!

I am almost two year and my refund, which was approved by both Travelstart and Kenya airways, has still not been paid. I have all the emails and have tried to get an answer from Travelstart multiple time. They continuously ignore me and I’m hopeless. This is definitely corporate bulling. Please call me! You need to resubmit as what was suggested by Kenya airways.

See response from Kenya airways: Thanks for your response herein. Travelstart is the Agent that issued the original ticket. Kindly hand over this matter to them. The Agent has to do this on your behalf. The Agent knows what the GDS is.

Kindly advise the Agent to state the reason as was: KQ Schedule change.
