Poor service, poor contact ability. Don't use them!!

Horrible service and regret making a booking through them, especially during this time when people are traveling. I made a booking via the Old Mutual App, money was deducted from my account but no booking confirmation has been given to me. They don't pick up their phone calls, don't respond to emails, the whatsapp service they set up is useless including their website platform. It's been three days of trying to get my confirmation via email, phone calls and their website needs a reference number to proceed, guess what I don't have no ****** reference number because you haven't given me one. If you want to book a flight, a bus etc don't use these guys!

I need to be in JHB but have no idea what's going on. I don't even have money to book a bus ticket and ask for a refund at a later date. This company will frustate you!!
