Poor service/ not contactable

Been trying to get hold of Travelstart for 56 hours No email response No WA response No Tel numver to call WHAT IS GOING ON?? Trying to change a booking for 27th paid fir in full 2 months ago….. I do not know if the ticket will be honoured or not???? Terrible terrible service
