Poor service from Travelstart
After nearly 20 emails back and forth to Travelstart, I am unable to confirm and pay the extra amount on my covid tickets that were suspended and were rebooked for 2021, and with every attempt they increase the extra amount. I cannot contact them via email (***) that they recommend on the tel line which they do not respond to after hanging on for 10 min. Their FLAPP app is pathetic (read the poor reviews there). The passport reset link that travelstart forwarded to me for Flapp, does not work. So i do not get feedback via email, chat facility, o- line, nor per telephone. I am fed up. Poor poor followup and service.

I regret to hear that you feel the service you received was poor and that you had difficulty with the FLAPP app. As per our telephonic discussion, I have taken into consideration your feedback regarding the matters of concern. I will delegate to the relevant teams to try and update and where possible, have them implement accordingly in order to make the process of booking and rebooking more convenient for passenger via the FLAPP app.
We really do value all feedback and do appreciate that you have given us the opportunity to improve even more during this time. We also thank you for your patience in the conversion of re-opening our phone lines, after being closed for several months during lockdown.
