Poor service from travelstart
Travelstart has been the most useless and non-user friendly travel agency I’ve ever used,I booked flights and made payment and sent proof of payment which they approved but still they cancelled my flight,I then rebooked and got a confirmed booking and for the whole day have been trying to contact them through email,WhatsApp and on call to redirect payment to new booking with no luck...they are just in the business to take peoples money without any assistance,verry disappointing

I've called up your booking ending in: 1400 and see the tickets have been issued and emailed the same day the booking was made.
We do have a 24 hour turn around time as advised on our booking confirmation.
