Poor service from Travelstart

If you make a booking, be aware of travel agencies with no direct contact details. I have been trying to get hold of them. I've sent numerous Wats App messages, logged requests on their website and still no one contacted me or cancelled my flights. With all the uncer*****y in today's world, I need a travel agent that acts in my best interest and who is approachable. According to the rule if the schedule change is longer than 4 hours, I can cancel. So they are simply unprofessional and unreasonable.
