Poor service for cancellation from travelstart
Extremely poor service from Mirza. We called to enquire around ticket cancellation details and Mirza only said he doesn’t work at cancellation department. This is bad because there are cooling off periods related to ticket purchase. That is why I called to find out instead what is best was to actually direct me or assist me on call
