Poor service

We booked plane tickets and then wanted to either cancel or move to another flight. Their WhatsApp tells you to email them. Why? I waited 7 days for Travelstart to reply and they told us what options we had. I emailed them back and never heard another thing from them. I would advise everyone to book directly with the airlines because bookings, cancellations and issues are sorted out immediately
