Poor Service and Communication.

Absolutely ridiculous waiting time for a simple reply from Travelstart. I cannot wait a few days for a reply, it's 2021! Why can't we speak to an actual person over a telephone? Why only have Web, email or whattsapp communication medium to use? Quick to take money from me but I had enough. I need someone to phone me in person and not have a pre typed short message from Melissa, as she seems to be the only person working at Travelstart? Also a robot maybe? I want a full refund!
