POOR poor service, disgustingly so

I booked international flights through Travelstart. Been trying to change a flight for WEEKS now. Spoke to Robina at last. She was to 'fix' this! But NO! After a incorrect change, she was also suppose to send new booking info for us to pay the difference. Emails NOT responded to. WORST SERVICE EVER! I am SO disappointed cause prices are good but SERVICE SUCKS! Lots of promises, and that's what it is.... Just Promises!

After one helluva struggle, change has been done. NOT sure why I had to go this route just to get a simple change done. I will unfortunately NEVER recommend Travelstart to anybody, ever. Sad but true.
