Poor / No Communication
I made a booking thru Travelstart this morning. I booked to fly from Durban to Cape Town Sunday 17th October 2021, because I have a meeting Monday 18th October 2021 at 09:00 in the morning. I paid and receive my booking and the date is wrong. It states I fly out Monday 18th October 2021 afternoon. I immediately contacted them but that WhatsApp service is pathetic. No one get back to you. I also send them a mail with no feedback. It is frustrating as you can't phone and speak to someone. Pathetic Pathetic service. Really

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I have checked the booking and can see that the incorrect flight was selected by the person who made the booking. This is a FlySafair ticket and it is not possible to make changes to the booking and thus you would have to contact the airline directly to make the change via them, as we do not have access to their system in order to do a secure change.
