Poor deals and poor service

<p>I purchased a flight ticket and when I wanted to reschedule travelstart wanted to charge me more to reschedule than it cost to buy a new flight ticket. Not only this but then they said they would email with the cost of rescheduling they did not get back to me, it took me hounding them to get a response. </p>
