Poor customer Service

Not happy at all, my ticket for Mango was booked through travel start now i am trying to redeem my flight that was booked at the beginning of lockdown. I used the email address and the whats app I get answered by Lucy)😤😡 they don't have a direct ph. no.

How do they run a business, its easy to book flights online but to get assistance is a nightmare. I will be looking for a new travel agent.
