Poor Customer Relation
Don't respond on time. They didn't contact me when my flight was cancelled. The rep talked down like he was doing me a favor

I have tried to call the number to no avail and have tried to search for the booking but am unable to locate a recent booking for the South African Market. Please can you send an email to feedback @ travelstart . com for assistance as I only find bookings made from the Nigerian Travelstart system.
