Poor contact center from Travelstart

I have been calling the whole day to get a travel itinerary. When I call the line takes me to another line where I have been waiting for 30min items and more and eventually dials off. Please kindly call me back ***

I was eventually helped after complaint was lodged. The status now is that the issue is resolved and thank you. I however recommend that the issue is resolved prior to complaining
