PLEASE PAY BACK THE REFUND

I cancelled my booking within minutes after realising I had made a mistake on it. I was requested to send booking details for me to get a refund. I was then advised that I would be refunded within 7 working days. To date, after 3 weeks, I still have not been refunded. Booking ***

I do apologise for the frustration caused in waiting on your refund.

I've called up your booking and see we have received your banking details, thank you.

Our finance team will finalize the refund. The funds should reflect within 2 - 3 working days.

Please keep checking your bank statement.
