I have used Travelstart for every overseas and internal trip I have taken over the past ten years and I haven't had a problem. However this time I can honestly say that their customer service is nowhere to be found. I have tried their Whatsapp, email and calling and my pleas go unheard. I desperately need to speak to someone concerning my family's upcoming flights. Please contact me. I have supported you for years, I think I deserve a little support now.
