Please confirm flights have been suspended
Hello I require urgent confirmation that My flight has been suspend - I received an email on Friday 11th Dec stating it would be amended but my app is still showing active flights and 0 suspensions - flight ZA***2
What is your call center number? I can’t find any active numbers

Due to Covid 19 pandemic and recent presidents speech , we are receiving high volumes of booking queries with many customers trying to get assistance. For this reason we have closed our phone lines temporarily and have opened up an online chat service where all our agents are able to assist more passengers at the same time.
