Pleasantly quick response

I had an issue cancelling my flights as I could not get hold of anybody. I wrote a review about it, and I was contacted the very next day to resolve my problem. A lady by the name of Marcelle was kind enough to assist me with my issue whilst having a very relaxed and calm manner. She went out her way to explain the possible steps to take which I really appreciated. I will continue to use Travelstart because of her.
