Personal touch

<p>I phoned Travelstart this morning to get booked in as the system did not allow me to book in. A gentleman by the name of Dino Nunes spoke to me. He was very helpful and very friendly. Did not have any problems to help and get everything sorted in no time. He even asked to change the seats to be more comfortable. He went out of his way to make his client happy.
