Pending refund from overcharge

I booked flights on the 24th of February 2016, the payment was \declined\" due to My bank blocking the payment. My bank then said that a payment of R9608.23 had been processed.<br> Travelstart then said that partial payments would not be accepted by them and I should continue to make the full payment for the flights again.<br> I proceeded in good faith and paid the flights in full and this was accepted.<br> On the 29th of February the payment of the R9608.23 was paid to Travelstart on top of the full payment I had made.<br> I informed them of this on the 1st of March 2016 and was told that this would be refunded in 7 to 10 working days.<br> It is now the 23rd of March 2016 and I have not received my Funds. This is after a number of emails, telephone calls and confirmation on the 14th of March that I Would receive the funds in 48hours.<br> <br> In summary R9608.23 that should be have been refunded to my account is overdue by 5 working days."
