Payment Problem during Booking of flight ticket

I am from India and was booked at flight ticket with Travelstart from Port Elizabeth to New Delhi. After booking my payment was stuck and its not crediting in Travelstart account but via official Whatsapp number of Travelstart I met with Kyle Delcarme and within 2 minutes he completed my booking very smoothly .
