Pay back my money, its been long
Its been 4 months since i have purchased plane tickets, the ticket was cancelled and since to date haven't received my money back. I bought other tickets next day going to Cape Town, i'm back from the but my money is not back to me. I called several times and they always send an email saying my matter will be resolved in 24 hours. They are not good and i feel people should not book with them.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.
You had not provided a reference number, or a phone number for me to call you to discuss your query, but I have done a search with the email address provided and found a booking that was made on the 18th October.
It was communicated to you that the ticket was voided and the service fees of R129.28 was refunded by Travelstart and you had confirmed it had cleared in your account.
The ticket amount of R948.86 was a pending authorization, which means it would not have reflected as a refund (like the R129.28) and when the authorization was released your balance would have been adjusted accordingly.
The last communication from Waleed on the 22nd of November was an email asking you to forward us your bank statement, in order for us to investigate. As far as I can see this was not sent to us. If you had sent us the bank statement, can you kindly advise to which email address you have sent it and the date sent, so that we can follow up with the bank.
