Pay back my money ***

I purchased a plane ticket through them for the 4th of July 2022 from Durban to Cape Town. The flight was canceled due to the liquidation of kulula and Comair however, they have not contacted me regarding my refund for the flight that has been canceled. When I contract then all I get is a automated response starting that they received my query and will get back to me but they never do. I will also be taking this matter to the ombudsman.
