Pathetic! Useless! Bunch of *******!

I want to rate this minus 5 stars!!! Had to settle for lowest of 1 star. We struggled for 2 weeks to change plane tickets. They were 0 helpful. I emailed nonstop, they eventually rep**** but the link I had to go in to confirm change of flights did not work, so I emailed them asking for assistance. I even whatsapp-ed them on their "24-hour emergency number" 24 hours before the flight I had to change. They rep**** saying an agent will get back to me asap - it is 4 days later, still no response from any agent whatsoever. How they are still open for business blows my mind. Thank God for the competent staff at Airlink for their quick assistance in changing the flight 11 hours before take off.
