PATHETIC TRAVELSTART
PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC !!! I booked flights to Mauritius to fly in June 2020 . due to Covid tickets were suspended ! since then I have been trying to get my tickets re-issued ...not a chance !!! you cannot talk to anyone, you send emails after emails all I get back is :sent to our amendments team" how bad is this team taking 2 years to sort out my little query. I spoke to the airline which told me that they had instructed TRavelstart last year August 2021 to re-issue my tickets . Still nothing. I will never ever use TRAVELSTART again they are absolutely pathetic ..you dont even deserve that one star.. My mother passed away and was supposed to travel with us, I asked for a refund or name change "no sorry you just loose the ticket" really!!
