Pathetic Travelstart

Payment for flights was made on 24 July 2021 via FNB account and confirmation was received from the bank that the payment was taken on 28 July 2021. No booking confirmation was received from Travelstart - none to date. Cannot get hold of Travelstart via all communication channels. Cannot send a query via their contact form as it is compulsory for a booking reference which we don't have. Their contact number is an automated nightmare where you hold on for infinity. Absolutely pathetic
