Pathetic service on a refund

I made a booking and they debited my account. They cancelled it, so had to book another one via another agent. I called numerous times, their call centre never answers! Left contact cards on their website, and not much responses. I sent my bank statement, still nothing. Took place 3 June 2022 ,its now 23 June. I contacted my bank, said money has cleared on travelstart and should contact them for a refund. Ref ZA***7
