Pathetic Service! - I am awaiting my REFUND - #PAYbackTHE money

Firstly, I need to raise the fact that I received Pathetic Service! The purpose of liasing via an agent is to make things easier and less complicated!

I am extremely dissapointed in this service, i did everything that i was supposed to do yesterday and yet i am being turned away.

in connection with the above booking cancellation, I need my refund ASAP, yesterday (26/03/2018) when i made payment to you after Lindiwe confirmed that the flight is still available i made an immediate payment and sent proof of payment immediately there after. so, i need my money now to rebook my own flight while i can still find one.

i have spoken to Casey now whom advised that i should email my banking details for payment.

Please make an immediate available payment into my account.

i paid them and rebooked another flight... now i am begging them for a refund, and no one is even calling me or replying to my emails. R2048 is laying lovely in their account and here i am f*ckn broke over a long weekend!!

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN will i use this agency.
