Pathetic service from Agents

If there was 0 start I would give them that. Pathetic service I must say. I bought a ticket 20 May today 1 June and still the agents are not helping. Passenger is travelling 3 June so how are they supposee to go back home. All you get is I am sorry we will escalate and nobody every calls you back. I have been calling everyday for the past 10 days only to be told we are escalating. I have requested my full refune since they cant help me and guess what I am sorry we cant give you a refund. Like what I am I supposed to do Lakin if your agents arent doing their job. Please dont use travelstart unless if you are ready for disappointment
