Pathetic Service by the Voucher Redemption Department
It has been a nightmare trying to redeem a travel voucher. With nk one to talk to by email correspondence only.
Emails take long to be responded to. The last email stated that I will get a qoute within 2 working days. It's now 7 (SEVEN) working days later and no qoute!!!
A gift has rurned into an administrave headache. Can somebody contact me, i have given my mobile number on all my email correspondence.
