Pathetic Service
Had 2 airline bookings with BA & Mango Both are currently not flying. Spoke to a useless whatsapp bot that asks the same question over and over. Wasn't my choice not to fly, and are now saying I need to liaise with Mango for my refund but travelstart knew how to take my money. Same problem with hotel. Will never recommend!
