Pathetic service
We booked a flight to Zanzibar a month ago with Travelstart, on the day of travel which was suppose to be 25/04/2021 we found out there’s no flight going to Zanzibar and Travelstart has booked us for the following day without our knowledge! no reasons provided from Travelstart, no contact details to enquire! Very inconveniencing as the accommodation and meals already paid. Not happy, there’s no service at all! They don’t even deserve 1 star from me
