Pathetic service
Absolutely pathetic service from my once preferred travel agency. No telephone lines, no e mail response or from a no return address, outrageous pricing on tickets and impossible to get info on my cancelled ticket due to covid with no help of a refund. The wattsvapp line keaves you hanging and nobody responds despite them telling you that an agent will be available soon..... 3 days later and many attempts NOTHING to show for my patience..... DO NOT under any circumstances use this agency

Thank you for reaching out to us, I have tried to call to no avail.
I have checked the booking and can see that the The initial booking was suspended and February 2020. The first request we received in was for changes and assistance was provided in a 24hour time frame with regards to the requested date. The second date change request was in February 2022 which we reverted within a 72 hour time frame due to the high volumes we were still working through because of the Bans and Red Listing at the end of 2021. With regards to the refund request we received in March the team had reverted within 24 hours, advising how to proceed with the request to cancel. I have checked for a response as instructed but am unable to locate it. Please revert back to as per the email sent on 11 March so that we can offer you assistance.
