Pathetic Service

What awful service, its impossible to speak to a human being, all correspondence is answered with generic responses and the WhatsApp line takes 12 hours to respond, the query is then closed before one gets an opportunity to respond and the whole process starts over. Save yourself the hassle, pay extra and use a legit travel agent where human interaction is allowed. You are dealing with people on the other side of the reservations, not machines. You charge money for a service you don't provide. Pathetic all round, do no recommend
