PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!
Booking with them is easy, however when they mailed me that my flight departure time with Kulula was moved and to contact Kulala , Kulala could not help as they don't have the same reference number and told me to contact Travelstart. They don't reply to emails and even on there live chat don't even contact you back even after waiting 45mins for a response, and no call centre! A waste a money. Pathetic customer service! Rather book with another agency or book flights directly through airlines.
