PATHETIC ADVERT AND A LYING ONE ASWELL!!!!!!!
WHAT a lying company.. I receive a sms at 12:04 relating to a flysafair sale one w,ay domestic flights valued at R299 on ALL ROUTES??? i immediately went onto their website, guess what NO FLIGHTS..!!!! i phoned the call centre the agent advised me that the sale started at 7 o clock this morning, and availability is limited!!!! NOTHING IN THE ADVERT SAID THAT!! i said i want that the tickets that was advertised from durban to cape town, i was then all of a sudden advised that the price has gone up due to high demand to R689...the joke is that was the normal price when i checked this morning.. WHO STILL BOOKED WITH THESE PEOPLE.!!!!! I CAN BOOKED THROUGH SAFAIR ITSELF FOR CHEAPER!! YOU ARE A JOKE AND *****!!!! i was the fool to take the bait and looked at your website but i can tell you NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! when i called a second time to talk to a manager after the phone was put done in my ear the first time, i was told the manager is in a meeting..i actually started to laugh!!!! what happened then, the agent put the phone down in my ear for a second time!!!! UNPROFFESSIONAL,!!!!!!!!!!!!
