<p>Travelstart advertised black friday deals flight ticket from R199 if you fly domestically. sale was suppose to start at 9 o clock and ending on the 28th..i have booked myself in front of my laptop from 8h50. at exactly 9 o clock i checked in and started looking just to find the tickets priced is exactly the same as the ones i checked out last night. when i tried to phone...guess what...no answer....</p> <p>i sent an email..with the reply sorry tickets sold out..what happened to the rest of the sale that was suppose to last for 3 days.... :):0</p> <p>laughable to say the least. i email again saying this is totally pathetic and got a reply back of check out our website for more deals..and yes all the tickets have been sold out as they were limited..how many did you have ..????? 5 ?? </p> <p>why do you advertise and dont tell how many tickets you have firstly and secondly give the exact dates then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I WILLL NEVER EVER USE YOU AGAIN AND I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW NOT TO USE YOU AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC</p> <p> </p> <p>O and to take it a step further..i phoned in, talked to the reception, she cut me off and laughed about it to..well done lana.</p> <p>shafiek was suppose to transfer me, hanged on for more than 20 min .....no answer...well done to you shafiek at ***** department</p> <p>annie is the office manager, she was missing in action.</p> <p>well done guys.. </p> <p>you are true believers of customer service...</p> <p>bad bad bad!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
