"OVERSIGHT ON WEBSITE"
<p>My daughter is travelling in South America. She advised her medical aid that she would be travelling, but her medical aid was stopped as she left the employment of the company she was working for and they didn't transfer the medical into her personal capacity.</p> <p> </p> <p>On realising this I searched for travel medical insurance online and found Travelsafe on Google. I went through the process, read the Terms and Conditions and ticked the box before proceding to pay. Once paid I received the Policy and in there it stated that the insurance needed to be taken out prior to departure - nowhere in the Terms and Conditions accepted was this stated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Travelsafe have advised that it is an oversight on their website and only mentioned in the FAQ's. I feel it is misrepresentation. They have said they will refund me but I am not happy!!!</p>

Thank you for the response, Tamara, I will rectify that. It isn't Travelsafe-Clinic either - they go underwritten by Surestart Financial Services I see.
