OUTSTANDING SERVICE

We travel often (last year 3 times) and usually book through the specific airlines... On occassion we have used Travelstart as the prices are lower. I would like to advise any person booking or looking at tickets through Travelstart to stay and book through them. I have never experienced such helpful and professional advice through a call centre as we have done through a lady called Dani... She was a delight to deal with and answered all my travel questions regards advice on choice of tickets and layovers... Dani is a true asset to the company. Even after I had booked she was still available for advice... On phoning back after my payment a man called John (i think) answered the phone and was just as friendly and helpful. I was so overwhelmed by my treatment from Dani that I emailed the manager called Erik . I woke up the next morning to a prompt and delightful message of acknowledgement. In this day and age it is not often that you experience this kind of relationship through booking an airline ticket... Personal contact... Booking directly through Emirates... it is humanly impossible to get any form of assistance... they NEVER have any form of human contact... Qatar is just the same... and ALL the other airlines... We tried for over a month to have or get contact from Emirates, not a reply from emails etc... My advice to any person travelling is to use Travelstart... They are available all the time. We have paid less for our multi tickets through Travelstart than going directly through the airlines and have had first hand contact and advice.

So once again THANK YOU Dani for being so helpful and professional... Knowing I am now able to travel with complete peace of mind.
