Our local flights were cancelled due to the road closures to Cape Town airport from the massive storm

Our local flights were cancelled due to the road closures to Cape Town airport from the massive storm. FlySafair were not helpful in any way and cancelled our ticket/ booking without the opportunity to obtain a Wallet/Credit . Was hoping Travelstart could assist but no luck , Eugine was helpful but could not help . A very sad happening all round as we missed our UK flight from JHb.
