Travelstart has a great website and can quickly and easily help you to book flights to various local and international destinations at great rates but as soon as you need to change a flight due to a positive Covid test then you are pretty much *****ed!

How is it possible that one can only reach you via Email, which takes days for a response and Whatsapp which can also take more than a day for a response and usually requires several attempts before you are lucky enough to speak to an agent and then they just end up telling you that you need to take this up directly with the airline, which in this case (Ethiopian Airlines) also has poor support and their call centre just drops your call after holding on for about 10min? This was the most stress I have experienced in a long time and in the end we had to abandon trying to get our flight moved and had to take a bus instead.

You could have made a plan to contract in people to help you cope with the extra queries due to Covid but by all indications, you have taken no real effort to help people in dire need of support due to Covid positive tests.

You can and should be much better than this.
