I have recently had to cancel a series of flights. After four phone calls and four promises of we will get back to you, I received a quote at 20:30 on a Saturday night, with two only hours to accept.

To add insult to injury, we were offered only 20% of the refundable value, including a R600 admin fee, which was disappointing but what can one do?

After many more frustrated calls, I was sent a link to pay the R600 before they would consider processing the refund - and they are steadfastly refusing to refund or change the quote to exclude the admin fee, any emails or calls are responded to at whim, and by someone very obtuse about paying money to get money back.

Will never use this service ever again.
