OLD MUTUAL TRAVEL VOUCHER PROBLEMS
I called TravelStart regarding the problems I have with the Old Mutual travel voucher. They said it would easily resolved and would get back to me, but they never did. Now the airfare have gone up since I spoke to them. This is really frustrating.

25 Aug 2025, 10:56TravelStart called me and promised to deposit the value of the Old Mutual Voucher (R1000) into my bank account. I emailed my banking details to them, but they never got back to me and they never paid the refund.
