Ntuthu was lovely

Ntuthu from Travelstart was incredibly helpful in finding us a new flight after the airline canceled our last one. We have been trying to get the matter resolved for 3 weeks until I eventually got through to Ntuthu who resolve the matter in only half an hour! she was amazing! 5 stars for Ntuthu (I rated travelstart a 3 as before Ntuthu helped me I had been trying to get the matter resolved for weeks!)
