<p>Long story short, Marcelle is amazing! She always replies to my queries shorlty after I email her. When the flights I originally wanted wasn't available, she referred me to another airport (Lanseria which is close enough to OR Tambo). I didn't even think of that! </p> <p>She kept me updated every step of the booking and confirmed everthing was 100% before my tickets were purchased. There was a speed bump with the airline but Marcelle followed up with them on a daily basis and I had no contact with them (the airline) at all! </p> <p> </p> <p>Marcelle works towards customer satisfaction and will highly recommend her and Travelstart for your next booking!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you!
