Not worth the trouble!

Absolutely will not recommend this “service” to anyone! 1. No link for Capitec bank to pay your booking! 2. If my EFT payment doesn’t show within 6 hours my booking gets cancelled but my refund takes 3-5 business days! 3. Costumer service tells me they will refund my money but doesn’t send the link to receive my banking details! 4. It took 9 days to finally receive my refund and not even an email to notify me of this!

Not happy, not satisfied and most certainly not spreading a good word about travelstart!
