Not responding after reaching our several times.
Write in to Travelstart a week ago regarding travel credits that need to be redeemed before the end of 2021. I've received several automated case numbers, although I've had no responses to any of my several emails reaching out, and I'd like someone from Travelstart to reach out to me, and let me know how I can get a refund, or use my credits without them expiring.
